From its incredibly diverse landscapes, world-renowned wine to its amazing culture of art, history, famous Chileans, and of course great food, Chile is known for having a little bit of everything, and we aim to do just the same on this evening of all things Chilean. Our popular local wine aficionado Lucy Gray is back together with Janina Doyle, Vina Ventisqueros ambassador and sommelier.  Janina will share her passion for the family owned Vina Ventisquero winery and take you on a journey through this narrow strip of land that produces festive sparklers, crisp and refreshing whites, bold world class reds and every style in between.

Award winning Head Chef Mark Young’s forest inspired Chilean feast of :

Swallowfield Farm Angus Beef Pino Empanadas, with olives, egg and IOW heritage tomato and chilli salsa

Patagonian Lamb Rump with Porotps Granados

 Ellie’s Leche Asada with Alfajores.

Your evening includes a 3 course set meal, glass of sparkling wine on arrival, plus 1 glass of wine with the starter and main course (each glass is 125ml)
